Welcome to my safe house -
"Anger and frusteration"
locked "deep inside"
into secret rooms
of my mind.
"Sadness and hurt"
creep around "somewhere"
in the hallways
which adjoin the rooms
"Hatred" lingers too,
and fills the empty spaces
throughout my house.
I stand on the doorstep
and knock on the door,
Lonliness welcomes me in.
I enter into my escape
from the everyday world
which is more powerful and painful,
more destructive and dangerous
than the very depths of my mind.

once again,
to my safe house
